We highly recommend staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, as almost all conference events will be under one roof. If you stay at Gaylord, you do not need to rent a car — we recommend using Uber/Lyft or taxi to get to the hotel from the airport.
Planning your travel? We recommend arriving on Sunday, August 31 and departing late on Wednesday, September 3rd or Thursday Morning, September 4th. The conference will begin in the early afternoon on September 1st and conclude in the early afternoon on September 3rd. Consider staying the evening of the 3rd to keep enjoying all the musical and cultural activities that Nashville has to offer.
