Like you, we believe in the power of corporate worship, the beauty of Scripture, and the need to equip our ministry teams, congregations, and families with practical tools to grow in Biblical worship in all of life.

To help make attending as a group as easy as possible, we’ve answered a host of common questions below.

FAQs

Does Group Registration differ from Individual Registration?

Nope! Individual and Group Registration have identical benefits. Both registration types grant you full access to the Sing! Conference in Nashville and access to all past conferences on singglobal.com through July 31st, 2026 to dive into content from all previous conferences.

Can I purchase group tickets before I know who in my group will attend?

Yes! If you don’t yet know the names of who will be attending, purchase 5+ group tickets today and all tickets will be viewable under the “My Tickets” tab under your “My Account” page on singglobal.com. As group members commit to join, you can reallocate registration from the “My Account” page and the tickets will be credited to their account. Attendees can create a free Sing! Global account at singglobal.com with the email you will be sending the registration ticket to.

Is there a minimum required group size?

To purchase tickets at a discounted group rate, you must have a party of five or more people. If your group is smaller, simply register each member with Individual tickets.

Can I sit together with my group?

Absolutely! Aside from Priority Registration, all seating at Sing! is first-come-first serve.

Where should my group lodge during the conference?

All Sing! Conference events will be held under one roof at the Gaylord Opryland. If you stay at the Opryland, your hotel room will be just steps away (perfect for that midday nap).

What if my group can no longer attend Sing! 2025?

Great news! The Gaylord Opryland will be the home of the Sing! Conference through Sing! 2026. If you can no longer attend in 2025, you can defer your registration to Sing! 2026 through July 26, 2026.

Where should we eat?

There are a dozen dining options available at the Gaylord Opryland from coffee shops and quick bites to sit-down restaurants ranging from steak houses to global cuisine. Click here to view the full list of dining options.

How can we keep travel as cheap as possible while in Nashville?

Visit our travel page for more details. If you are flying into town and staying at the Gaylord Opryland, you do not need a car (all conference events are held under one roof). The Gaylord is a 15-minute Uber/Lyft/taxi ride from the airport and a 15-minute ride from downtown Nashville if you want to explore the city.

Encouragement from Group Leaders

A catalyst for change in our ministry – Rob, Pastoral Ministry (Orlando North Church)

The Sing! Conference, and Getty Music’s ministry, have transformed my life and Orlando North Church. Attending in 2022 sparked a profound shift in our worship approach. Inspired by artists like Keith and Kristyn Getty, the Matts (Papa/Boswell), City Alight, and Skye Peterson, we spent the past 18 months reshaping our services around meaningful, congregational music. In 2023, our elders invested significantly to bring 10% of our church, and the impact was so powerful that in 2024, we’re inviting more members to join. We’ve already advanced-purchased 15 tickets, expecting more interest. The Sing! Conference is more than an event; it’s a catalyst for change in our ministry. Grateful for the journey and excited for another transformative experience in Nashville!

A transformative experience for me and for our church – Karleigh, Worship Ministry (Grace Bible Church)

Attending my first Sing! Conference in 2017 was a transformative experience for me and for our church. We are a smaller congregation of around 250 attendees, and our pastor passionately supports corporate worship. He advocates for our music team’s conference attendance. Our music team members purchase their tickets each year at early-bird prices, and then our church graciously covers the cost of lodging for each music team member as an investment in their ministry involvement and in the congregational worship of our church family. Known for our love of singing, our church has prioritized the Sing! Conference every year since it began and is excited to have many from our congregation join us.

We’re proud to bring a group of 27 adults and 7 students – Pam, Worship Ministry (Amelia Baptist)

Our thriving multigenerational choir at Amelia Baptist has been attending the Sing! Conference for many years. This year, we’re proud to bring a group of 27 adults and 7 students. When our choir members return, we integrate the songs into our worship, emphasizing the rich theological value. The support from our pastors and the belief in the power of music to teach deep truths make the conference a must-attend. Excited to continue this tradition of bringing our community closer through the Songs of the Bible.

incredibly beneficial to the students in our High School praise band – Logan, Student Ministry (First Baptist Church)

Last year, I attended the Sing! conference for the first time with my Senior Worship Pastor, Scott Connell. It was an incredible experience, and I knew that I would be back. Part of my job as the Student Worship Pastor is to train and develop our student praise bands. We decided that experiencing the Biblically faithful and musically excellent leadership and artistry found at Sing! would be incredibly beneficial to the students in our High School praise band. We are very excited to bring our students to Sing! this year and expect that it will be an integral part of their training in worship leadership.

The conference benefits every church member – Heather, Children’s Ministry (Great Lakes Bible Church)

My husband, our pastor, his wife, and I have attended every conference since the beginning. This year marks my 8th, and I’m grateful for the transformation it brought to my life and our church. Initially invited by my pastor, we attended the first three conferences, and the impact was profound, though slow to influence our church. Around Sing! 21, we invited our entire music team, and despite challenges, our group has grown. Our church funds our tickets at early-bird prices, and we cover transportation and lodging by renting a large Air B&B. The conferences have individually changed our lives and impacted our church’s worship. Visitors praise our thoughtful, energetic worship. I believe the conference benefits every church member, offering a glimpse of heaven, personal growth, deepened theology, honed musical skills, fun, and encouragement from the body of Christ
