This event is for anyone who wants to grow in their understanding of how Gospel-centered worship will transform your life, your family and your church!
We will have special seminars for pastors, parents, worship leaders, songwriters, musicians (classical and modern), audio/visual directors and anyone involved in church life. Plus, we are doing a pre-conference event exclusively for children’s ministry leaders and music educators!
The registration fee covers admission to all plenary sessions and breakouts, plus conference materials. The registration fee will also cover your concert ticket for Monday and Tuesday nights.
When registering, you will receive a confirmation on the screen when you complete your registration; this will be followed by an email confirmation.
Be sure to make note of the important information included in these messages.
The Sing! Conference actually kicks off with the first General Session at 1:00pm on Monday, August 31st, but you'll need to check-in at the conference registration desks earlier on Monday.
Also, don't miss the exciting pre-conference line-up of classes, including the Children's Leadership Forum at 1:00pm on Sunday, August 30th. Sunday afternoon also features the first conference choir rehearsals at 1:00pm.
There will be additional pre-conference sessions announced soon for Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.
There is also an amazing Hymn Sing concert at the Grand Ole Opry House on Sunday evening, August 30th. This concert will feature Joni Eareckson Tada and a cast of other musicians from the Sing! Conference and Nashville music community. This ticket is not included in your Sing! Conference registration. (The Monday and Tuesday night concerts are included with your registration)
The Sing! Conference concludes at 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 2nd.

Plan to arrive early for Sing! 2020 on Sunday, August 30th. There will be afternoon sessions beginning at 1:00pm, including the Children's Leadership Forum and the Sing! Conference Choir rehearsals. You'll also be able to check-in early for the Sing! 2020 Conference.
Sunday night is the 2nd Annual Nashville Hymn Sing at the Grand Ole Opry House. An evening of soul-stirring music and congregational singing with many guest artists from the Sing! Conference and from the Nashville music community, telling the stories behind their music and leading their favorite hymns.
Monday morning - pre-conference sessions continue. Also the Sing! Conference check-in continues.
The Sing! Conference general session begins at 1:00pm on Monday, August 31st. The conference concludes at 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 2nd.
Be sure to come early to get more from your Sing! 2020 Conference experience!
The Children's Leadership Forum is a pre-conference session focused on ideas and resources to help children's leaders to provide the best and most creative experiences for their students. These sessions will include a great panel of speakers to encourage and inspire us and to share many helpful ideas.
These sessions begin with on-site check-in at 1:00pm on Sunday, August 30th and last all afternoon.
This is included with your Sing! Conference registration but seating is limited.

After registering for the Sing! Conference, your confirmation information includes a link to access the conference choir add-on registration.
Choir rehearsals begin Sunday at 1:00pm.
The choir has reserved seating throughout the conference and will be featured more at Sing! 2020.
Yes! Once you've registered a group, we're glad to help you add others to your group at the current group rate. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for a special promotional code and instructions.
We also get a lot of questions from group leaders asking if they can purchase additional tickets for their group and edit the names at a later date. Yes - and this is also a great way to get the best pricing for your group. We recommend that you use a numbering system of some sort (Guest 1, Guest 2, etc) for the First Name field and then use your last name or organization name in the Last Name field. This designation will help tremendously when it's time to edit the real information for those tickets.
All cancellation or refund submissions must be made by logging into your Eventbrite Account.
- No refunds will be given after June 1, 2020
- $50 cancellation fee during May 2020
We hope to have this information by April or May. The conference website will have a listing of the Breakout Sessions. Watch for a series of emails with additional information on the specific dates that you're able to select your Breakout Sessions and instructions on how to make your selections.
Yes, it’s free to transfer your ticket to someone else and you can do that through logging into your Eventbrite Account and updating your order information with the new registrant’s information.
Note: The Eventbrite account needs to be established using the email address that was used to make the original registration.
Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved. SING! is not responsible to arrange payment for transferred tickets.
Children are welcome to attend SING! but if they occupy a seat, a ticket must be purchased for them. Due to limited space, non-ticketed infants are restricted to lap seating.

For those who registered early enough to access the Pre-Registration Conference ticket, there will be a special section of seating for you. These seats aren’t assigned, but general seating inside a special section.
Online registration and credit card payment is the only method by which we can process registrations.
No. Only the full conference registration will provide access to all of the sessions.
Yes. The conference is located within the Opryland Resort and Conference Center. We have negotiated special rates at the Opryland Resort and Conference Center for SING! but you are free to stay at the hotel of your choosing.
Conference Registration Check-in will be Sunday afternoon, August 30th and Monday, August 31st from 8:00AM-12:00PM at The Gaylord Opryland Hotel. More detailed information will be available in May/June.
We cannot arrange transportation, but the Opryland Resort and Conferene Center Shuttle runs every 30 minutes from BNA to Opryland Resort and Conference Center from 7 AM to 6 PM everyday. Round trip shuttle pass costs $35. A one-way pass costs $19. Purchase tickets in advance.
There is parking at the Opryland Resort and Conference Center. Self-parking and Valet parking are available. Attendees staying at Opryland Resort will receive a discount on the daily self-parking rate.

There will be some sessions live-streamed. Details will be announced as we approach the conference.
Yes! We will be releasing an app for this event the week prior to the conference. The app will have lots of very useful information and be a way for you to stay informed about all of the activities and sessions around the Sing! Conference.
